FAQ

Where do I buy tickets?

Before the event we sell exclusively online at Showpass.com.

Can I get tickets at the door?

Yes, absolutely. Though it is suggested you buy online we will also have tickets at the door.

Can I volunteer at the show?

Absolutely! If you’re looking to volunteer at the show click here to fill out the volunteer sign up form. If we think you’re a good fit, we’ll make sure to be in touch with you.

I have pre-booked a tattoo session with an artist- do I need a ticket to get in?

Yes- though you might have booked a session with an artist, you still do need to pay to get into the show. We have single day and weekend passes available at the door and online at Showpass.com.

Do I need to pre-book with an artist?

No! Though a number of artists have been booking clients the vast majority of will be available for flash (some which was created just for this shows!) and walk ups.

Where is ‘insert artist name’ located?

To help you find the artist you’re looking for we’ll have a floor plan map the can be downloaded and help you find who ever you need to see. Once the floor plan is set download links will be available around the website.

It’s possible slight adjustments might be made to the floor plan, but we’ll try our best to keep everything updated the best we can.

Will there be bands playing?

Bands will playing on Friday and Saturday evenings! Check back the BANDS page for all the info of who is playing and when so you don’t miss out.

What times will they play?

Please refer to the BANDS page to see a schedule for each day. The Floor Plan / Entertainment schedule will also be available to download when finalized.

It’s possible there might be slight adjustments made to schedules, be we’ll make sure things are kept updated for you on it.

Can I be a vendor at the show?

Anyone interested in being a vendor for the 2024 Okanagan Tattoo Show can feel free to fill out this form and we’ll be in touch.

Is your event family friendly?

Yes, we are All Ages until 10pm.

Do I need to bring cash?

Many tattoo artists do not accept debit or credit cards so bringing cash is recommended. There will be ATMs on site as well just in case you need to grab a bit more as you look around the show.

Does the show have a Code of Conduct?

Yes, we do! All artists, clients, vendors, bands, guests, and visitors to the show are all expected to follow to Code of Conduct that’s laid out for the show.

I’m an artist at the show- is there anything I need to know?

For any artist at the show please refer to the ARTISTS FAQ page. All the information you might need for the show should be there, but if there is anything else you might need feel free to CONTACT US.
